Deben Contracts have close links with the construction trade and can provide builders cleans after construction work has been completed. Our clients include Hopkins Homes and Henry Paul Construction and we have provided builders cleans for small extensions through to cleaning an entire housing estate.
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times and our cleaners can be flexible upon when they start work to fit in with your schedule.
Safety and Accreditations Box
All our after build cleaners are fully COSHH, Asbestos and face fit mask trained. Deben Contracts are a fully accredited member of CHAS (Contractor Health and Safety Scheme) and our construction cleaners all hold current CSCS cards.
Specified Cleaning box
Deben Contracts can provide highly-specified builders cleans based upon a specification agreed with the customer. With our experience in this field we understand that builders cleans can vary from job to job and we want to provide a customised service.
Waste box
As a part of our property clearance services, we can clear and responsibly dispose of rubbish and waste left on the property. Deben Contracts understand their social responsibility and we will recycle or re-use any waste collected to avoid sending it to landfill.
